In November 2025, Heleen and Desiree visited our students and board members in Nepal again. In both Sindupalchok and Magwanpur, we had a joint lunch with our students and parents. We visited the schools and went on home visits together. Additionally, for our upcoming 20th anniversary, we presented a sports package to our schools so that all children in the region can make use of it.

In April 2024, Heleen and Desiree visited our students and board members in Nepal again.
In both Sindupalchok and Magwanpur, we had a joint lunch with our students and parents. We visited schools and went on home visits together.

In early May, Heleen and Desiree visited our students and board members in Nepal. In both Sindupalchok and Magwanpur, we had a joint lunch with our students and parents. We visited schools and went on home visits together.
2021
Nepal is also still in the grip of the COVID virus. Tourism, which is a major source of income for the entire country, has collapsed. Therefore, all our students have received a package from SDEF for a little extra at home.
Our SDEF board members in Nepal presented these to the students together with the teachers.
2020
The coronavirus has the whole world in its grip. The children in our project were unable or limited to attend the schools.
We as SDEF Netherlands were unable to undertake any activities this year.
Fortunately, everything could go ahead thanks to the friends of the foundation, our regular donors and the support of Stichting Thuisfron Braem that we received this year.
